When an unexpected convent calamity leaves the Little Sisters of Hoboken in a bind, the sisters put on a benefit performance that quickly becomes hilariously unpredictable. Let their imaginations take the lead! Imagination & Play gives young children a fun, welcoming place to explore creativity through movement, theatre games, storytelling and guided play. Each session is designed to help children build confidence, practice self-expression and connect with others while discovering the joy of creative play. With age-appropriate activities and a new experience each month, families can join for one session or come back throughout the season.

Spotlight Arts Collective is holding auditions for Annie, with opportunities for both children and adults. Auditions are scheduled by age and role, including non-speaking and speaking children’s roles, as well as all adult roles.

Advance audition sign-up is encouraged; walk-ins are welcome as time allows. Auditioners should also complete the online audition form before arriving.

Set in the bleachers at a Chicago Cubs game, Bleacher Bums is a fast-moving comedy about a group of devoted fans whose hopes, superstitions, arguments and rivalries become almost as entertaining as the game itself.

Performed in the intimate setting of the Joseph P. Spencer Studio for the Arts, this spirited ensemble comedy puts audiences close to the action for an evening filled with sharp humor, colorful characters and the unmistakable energy of baseball season.
